Author, Personal Trainer and Coach Marcel Eniu is an expert in weight loss and muscle building.

With 15 years experience in fitness industry, Marcel helped a lot of customers to achieve their fitness goals and improve their self-esteem.

He really enjoys working with individuals that are new to the gym and want a fresh start in fitness. Marcel believes in what he does and he works extremely hard to bring customers satisfaction.

Marcel uses his deep and lifelong committed dedication and passion for health, fitness and sport to motivate people toward their goals every day. Marcel love training people and changing their lives brings him a lot of satisfaction.
